Member of the Turkish National Assembly, Chairman of the Palestinian-Turkish Parliamentary Friendship Committee, and Member of the Executive Board of the League of Parliamentarians for Jerusalem. He holds a Master’s degree in Administration and Organization and Political Science. He served as Vice President of the Union of Non-Governmental Organizations in Turkey, and Vice President of the Justice and Development Party.
