A former member of the Jordanian House of Representatives, she holds a doctorate in the English language, a member of the executive body of the Islamic Action Front Party, a member of the Post-Colonial Studies Association - Britain, a journalist in several newspapers, and a collaborator with the Association for Advocating the Palestinian People in Italy.
