holds PhD from Istanbul University in Political Science and International Relations. He worked as advisor to Prime Ministry, served as deputy President and later President of Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB) between 2010 and 2018. He has been with UNRWA since 2019. He also actively involved in academic and policy studies international relations. He sits in the boards of Africa Foundation and Middle East Foundation.
